  Applicant Responsibilities

Professional Behavior

CSDCAS applicants are expected to act professionally in all of their dealings with CSDCAS and Clinical Programs in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology schools and programs. Applicants are expected to properly follow instructions and meet deadlines. Responsibilities, respect, good judgment, and cooperation are qualities valued in the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology professions; applicants are expected to demonstrate these qualities beginning with the application process.

CSDCAS applicants to Clinical Programs in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology agree to abide by certain rules and requirements.

CSDCAS APPLICANTS WILL:
Act with honesty and integrity throughout the admissions process.

Be responsible and accountable for actions.

Research the admission procedures and prerequisites for each designated CSDCAS school.

Abide by all deadlines.

Enter accurate and comprehensive data into the CSDCAS application.

Compose a personal essay without assistance from others.

Arrange for CSDCAS to receive official transcripts from every US college and university attended

Pay the correct CSDCAS application fee.

Arrange for up to three (3) letters of reference to be sent to CSDCAS.

Arrange for a course-by-course Transcript Evaluation Report for all international (foreign) institutions attended to be sent to CSDCAS.

Print a copy of the completed application before e-submitting it to CSDCAS.

Check application status online by logging onto the CSDCAS web application.

Frequently check personal email accounts for important messages from CSDCAS and participating schools.

Personally respond immediately to all notices and questions from CSDCAS and participating schools.

Promptly notify designated CSDCAS schools of any changes in contact information after June 1, 2009.

Contact designated CSDCAS schools directly about admissions decisions, admissions requirements, curriculum, housing, financial aid, etc.

Contact CSDCAS customer support staff about any CSDCAS issues or questions.

Log off the CSDCAS web application after each session to protect against unauthorized access to applicant data.
